Our commitment

Nordic Talent Connect (NTC) is committed to making its website accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), the Web Accessibility Directive (EU) 2016/2102 and the harmonised standard EN 301 549, which references the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

Conformance status

This website is designed to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We continuously work to improve.

Accessibility features

An accessibility menu is available from the icon at the bottom-left of every page. It lets you:

  • Increase text size in steps up to 150%.
  • Increase letter, word and line spacing (WCAG 1.4.12).
  • Switch to a more readable sans-serif font.
  • Highlight all links for easier scanning.
  • Enable a high-contrast colour scheme.
  • Invert colours.
  • Pause animations and reduce motion (WCAG 2.3.3).
  • Enlarge the mouse cursor.
  • Reset all preferences with one click.

We also provide a "Skip to main content" link, visible focus indicators on all interactive elements, semantic HTML headings and landmarks, descriptive link text, and full keyboard navigation. We honour your operating system's prefers-reduced-motion setting.

Compatibility

This site is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and screen readers including NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver.

Known limitations

  • Embedded third-party content (e.g. the Calendly scheduling widget) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA.
  • Some legacy images may lack a descriptive alt text. We are auditing and fixing these.
