1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this website (the "Site") operated by Nordic Talent Connect ("NTC", "we"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The service

NTC provides a recruitment platform that allows candidates to submit applications and connect with potential employers. Use of the Site does not guarantee employment, an interview, or any specific outcome.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Site. By submitting an application you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current and your own, and that you are entitled to share any document you upload (including your CV).

4. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Do not upload malware, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with parts of the Site you are not authorised to use.
• Do not use the Site to send spam or unsolicited communications.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to NTC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the materials you upload (such as your CV) and grant NTC a limited licence to use them for the purpose of providing the recruitment service.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data under GDPR.

7. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services such as Calendly for scheduling. Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NTC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Site in a way that may harm NTC, other users, or third parties.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
